REFUND POLICY

At Walltrendz, we specialize in creating unique and custom items tailored to your preferences. We understand that the success of your installation is crucial to your satisfaction, which is why we are committed to providing the highest level of support possible. We offer affordable samples of all our products to help you make informed purchase decisions. 

We believe in allowing you to test and try before committing to a larger order. Please note that we cannot accept returns of merchandise already customized for you. As a small business specializing in custom items, we regretfully cannot resell merchandise that is returned to us. Thank you for understanding our policy.

WALLTRENDZ REFUND POLICY

As all our orders are custom-made for each customer, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds. However, we will gladly provide a refund if you receive a defective or damaged item. Please notify us within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate the refund process.


RETURN

Every order is custom printed at Walltrendz for the individual who places it. We only accept returns for damaged/ defective items, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please email support@walltrendz.com with your receipt or proof of purchase and proof of damage or defect. Please note that returns must be approved before shipping the item back.

In cases where our products do not meet the criteria for being classified as defective, this may encompass situations such as variances in color between the screen display and the actual product, disparities with a sample that is over 12 months old, incorrect measurements of the purchased item, or unsuitability of the wallpaper material for the intended project.


LOST SHIPMENT

If your shipment has been lost in transit, please get in touch with us at support@walltrendz.com within 30 days of the shipping date to qualify for a replacement.


REFUND INITIATION

We will email you to let you know after we've received and examined your returned item. Your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original payment method or credit card within a specified number of days.


EXCHANGE

If an item you received is defective or damaged, we will replace it for you. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@walltrendz.com

Please note that we cannot guarantee the outcome or results of installed wall-covering products, as we have no control over the handling and installation process. As a result, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for partially or fully installed murals or wallpapers.
